Back in 2005 I lost my mother, Shirley Yochum due to the complications related to AIDS and found this as a way to give back to something that took from me. After her death, I blasted off into a career that would bring me to working daily with patients much like my own mother, but they were other people's parents, children's, and family. I am here to educate and break stigma. The more we learn and educate ourselves, the better for us all as an entire human race. Love thy neighbor as they say in the good book.
