Hi, I'm Jill Cadman from Rockaway Unites (RockU), a local group that stands against hatred and intolerance through ongoing community engagement. RockU is committed to working towards a socially just, peaceful, and inclusive world.
Mary Finckenor, Teagan Morris, and myself are representing RockU to participate in the New Jersey AIDS Walk to show solidarity and to raise awareness, support, and funds for people living with HIV. Our fundraising will benefit EDGE NJ, which provides many HIV/AIDS service programs.
Please join us at what will be a super fun event on Sunday, May 2! This year, participants will go on a safe and socially-distanced "scavenger hunt" throughout Morris County to visit EDGE NJ's community partners. Participants will receive a giveaway item at each site.
We will go in separate cars for Covid safety and can keep in touch via text, photos, and probably seeing each other at the various sites.
You can join the RockU team and take part in the scavenger hunt!!
You can also make a contribution to our fundraiser, and/or share this page with your family and friends.
If you have any questions you can contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or through Facebook DM.
